Day 1 of 30

Well I finally decided to start exercising. I decided that surely my body was not ready for any P90X, and that I should build up to that point. So I'm going with the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels, and since I can actually complete this video I'll be more inclined to stick with it. Please be sure to yell at me if I don't update soon that I am still doing this. Maybe one day I will post like progress pictures, but don't get your hopes up. Now that I'm done for the day I feel like a million bucks, and while I was doing it I felt pretty dang good too. I feel confident that this sums it up for me


That's ok though, one day at a time :)
